Inspired by traditional Buddhist technique of staring into candle light in darkness, this app actively uses the power of virtual reality to achieve deeper levels of relaxation, awareness and focus. Inner Light is meant to be used as a tool, beyond simple relaxation. You'll need to actively follow the technique, but you'll be rewarded by stronger effect than just relaxation.
3 modes of meditation are available:
Traditional technique of just focusing on the flame itself.
Breathe synchronized with the flame, bringing your full attention to the flame and your breath as they became one.
Gaze into a sheet of paper that is illuminated by the candle. A drawing of mandala of will slowly appear in front of your eyes. Remember, nothing you can do to make the painting appear faster, simple sit back, relax and enjoy present moment.
