The Circadian Rhythm takes you on a journey inside a cell, the smallest building-blocks of all living organisms.
Here you will get a closer look at the cell membrane, the cytoplasm and the cell nucleus.
The scientific discoveries that control the internal clock of the cell, the circadian rhythm, was rewarded with the 2017 Nobel Prize in Medicine or Physiology.
This story explains the molecular processes that control the clock, and give a brief history of the discoveries.
