Valve triunfa en la 4ª edición de los VR Awards: Index mejor visor y Half Life Alyx mejor juego

La 4ª edición de los premios VR Awards ya tiene ganadores, y ha coronado a Half Life Alyx como mejor juego del año. Los candidatos a todas la categorías se dieron a conocer en julio del pasado verano y la ceremonia tuvo lugar esta vez online la semana pasada y se pudo seguir a través de VRChat.

 

Entre los vencedores destacamos a Valve Index como mejor visor, The Under Presents como mejor experiencia VR, Alcove en la categoría de aplicación social, Qualcomm como compañía que más ha aportado a la VR y el premio a toda una carrera en la industria para Cher Wang, la co-fundadora de HTC.

  • VR Enterprise Solution of the Year: BRP-Rotax VR Job Assessment
  • VR Lifetime Achievement Award by Accenture: Cher Wang (co-fundadora y CEO de HTC)
  • VR Social Influencer: Thrillseeker
  • VR Marketing of the Year: Virtual Market 4
  • Rising VR Company of the Year: KLIP VR
En otras ediciones los mejores juegos fueron Raw Data, The Gallery 2: Heart of the Emberstone y A Fisherman's Tale, mientras que los premios a mejor visor fueron para Oculus Quest, HTC Vive Pro y Oculus Rift.
